- to submit your request with your order number. Please indicate the item(s) you would like to return or exchange and the reasons.
- You could submit your request within 90 days (after receive the order). We will revert within 1-3 business days. Thank you for your patience.
- We accept returns and exchanges on all items that have not been installed and with original package.

Return & Exchange requests are mostly processed within 2-3 business days after we receive your shipping info.
*Note: We do not refund initial or return shipping and handling charges. Buyers need pay return shipping fees.

Cancelling or Change Orders
You cannot change or cancel your order once it has been shipped.
If you have second thoughts, you can start Exchange or Return procedure above when your order has been delivered.
To receive your refund; all returned items must be in their original box, new condition.
Please allow us 2-3 business days to process your refund request. We will issue the refund to your original payment account.
Arrival time of the refund is subject to different online bank processing efficiency.
